Numerical research of flow characteristics on rotating disk cavity with cooling hole
In this paper, aiming at the flow and heat transfer phenomenon in the rotating disc cavity of aero engine, the flow heat transfer characteristics in the rotating disc cavity are studied by numerical calculation. In order to explore the influence of the rotating speed and inlet/outlet pressure ratio of the lower disk cavity on the characteristics of the flow heat transfer in the rotating disk cavity at different cooling hole installation angles. By comparing the distribution of cross section flow line change, cross section pressure and temperature field in the down flow field rotor under different working conditions, the influence of each force in the rotating cavity on the flow and heat transfer was analyzed, and the influence of each variable on the flow heat transfer law in the disk cavity was summarized and analyzed, and the flow loss characteristic curve was obtained. The research shows that the rotation speed of the wheel has the greatest influence on the flow characteristics of the rotating disk cavity. The higher the rotation speed, the weaker the flow ability of the cooling channel. This provides theoretical basis and technical support for the industrial manufacture of rotating disk cavity of aero-engine in the future.
