Anti-surge intelligent control of series centrifugal compressor system based on fuzzy control
Due to the nonlinearity and uncertainty of large-scale turbine compressor systems, complex compressor systems are often challenged by the occurrence of surge in practical applications. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the anti-surge of complex compressor systems. In this study, based on the MDSG, a method of using CNN is introduced to identify abnormal compressor surge conditions, which can effectively identify the surge conditions during the operation of the compressor system. Then, considering the complexity and nonlinearity of large-scale compressor systems, the fuzzy control method is adopted to study the control method of surge conditions. Finally, the surge identification method is combined with the fuzzy control method to realize the abnormal condition monitoring, rapid response, and highly efficient control of the two-stage compressor series system. The economy of the fuzzy control method is verified by comparing the return flow rate of fuzzy control and manual control. The results show that the method is effective in improving the response speed of the control system and effectively disengaging from the condition of surge, which is suitable for the efficient control of complex compressor systems. It is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of practical compressor systems.
