Performance research and experimental analysis of pneumatic-liquid on-line automatic balancing system

Large rotating equipment such as large fans, turbogenerators, and compressors is usually the key equipment in the national pillar industries such as chemical industry, power industry, and aerospace industry. The vibration caused by the unbalanced rotor mass is one of the most common faults of equipment. On-line automatic balancing technology ensures long-term stable and efficient operation of the equipment by reducing unbalanced vibration without stopping. Pneumatic liquid automatic balancing system principle: When the vibration exceeds the threshold value, the system controls the compressed gas to drive the quantitative balance liquid transfer in the relative liquid storage chamber, adjusts the liquid mass distribution in the balance tray, forms an unbalanced compensation force, and achieves automatic balance. The calculation of the minimum gas driving force corresponding to different liquid quantities in the liquid storage chamber is verified with the minimum gas driving force tested by the equilibrium liquid transfer experiment, and the feasibility of the automatic balancing system is verified. Finally, through the automatic balancing experiment test, the automatic balancing system reduces the unbalanced vibration of the rotor to be balanced from 6.14mm/s to 0.27mm/s in 50s, and the amplitude reduction ratio reaches more than
