Analysis of iterative carbon emission flow model in benchmark transmission systems
The continuous increase in carbon emissions has caused irreversible damage to the Earth's environment. Intensifying vigilant oversight of carbon emissions throughout the lifecycle facilitates the crafting of nuanced abatement strategies. This scholarly work advances the theoretical framework of carbon emission flux, drawing upon and expanding the existing power flow paradigm. It introduces novel constructs such as nodal active flux, nodal carbon potential, and load carbon flow rate, and propounds an iterative approach to carbon emission flux estimation, substantiating its convergence efficacy. To ensure the practical applicability of the carbon emission flux model in carbon accounting, this paper conducts comprehensive simulation verification on different node test systems to test its universality. Various types and capacities of systems are selected from the IEEE benchmark node system to validate the proposed method, demonstrating its strong adaptability.
