Consumer analysis of second-hand clothing: Case of financial engineering students of the Polytechnic University of Francisco I. Madero
The objective of this research is to analyze second-hand clothing consumers and its economic and environmental impact. A quantitative methodology was employed, using a descriptive design, through a survey consisting of 17 items. The results indicated that the use of second-hand clothing among students is associated with both economic and environmental benefits. A positive correlation was observed between the choice of 'secondhand' garments and reduced spending on new clothing, as well as an increase in their savings level.
