Analysis and Calculation of Inductance Loss in Photovoltaic Storage Inverter
To reduce the loss of photovoltaic storage inverters during no-load conditions and improve energy conversion efficiency, a method for calculating inductance loss in photovoltaic storage inverters based on a T-type three-level inverter circuit is proposed. Based on the topology of the photovoltaic storage inverter, the working principles of photovoltaic, energy storage, and inverter circuits are analyzed. Using a magnetic core loss separation model, the no-load inductance losses of photovoltaic and energy storage circuits under different duty ratio rectangular wave excitations are calculated. The inductance ripple current under SPWM modulation of the T-type three-level inverter circuit is quantified, and the no-load inductance loss under this ripple current is calculated. Two 12KW photovoltaic storage inverters are used for experimental verification, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed no-load inductance loss calculation method.
