Design of an Intelligent Transmitter for Non Electrical Signals based on Sensor Acquisition

In order to understand the design of intelligent transmitters for non electrical signals based on sensor acquisition, a research on the design of intelligent transmitters for non electrical signals based on sensor acquisition has been proposed. This paper first designs a multivariable transmitter that can simultaneously collect pressure, vibration, temperature, and noise. In order to facilitate long-distance and low loss transmission of the voltage signals output by the four sensors, the voltage signals are linearly converted into industrial standard 3–30 mA analog signals for transmission; Secondly, in order to solve the common problem of multiple signals interfering with each other in multivariable transmitters, a modular design concept was adopted; Finally, the experiment shows that the conversion error of this multivariable transmitter for pressure signals is less than 0.12%, the conversion error for vibration signals is less than 1.3%, the conversion error for noise signals is less than 0.22%, and the conversion error for temperature signals is less than 0.43%; And it has a simple structure, high reliability, and strong practicality and universality.
