Measuring Data Quality In Higher Education By Using Loshin's Framework
University is an educational unit that organizes state higher education. According to the law of the Republic of Indonesia article No. 12 of 2012 stipulates that higher education organizers must collect, compile and send data on higher education organizations to pddikti, to ensure their completeness, accuracy, authenticity and updated version. Therefore, until now the University has not been able to fully meet the demands of the regulation. This problem is a concern for management, because reporting data to that organization is a national standard for higher education that must be met and the information that has been collected will be a source of information for accreditation institutions to accredit study programs and universities while for the public to find out the performance of study programs and universities. According to that problem, this study aims to help overcome problems related to data quality at University by measuring the level of maturity of data quality so that it can be identified which areas need to be improved. The measurement phases use David Loshin's Data Quality Framework, which evaluates 8 domains. The measurement results are meant to be used as a guide for making enhancements in order to enhance the quality of basic education data.
