The formation of alliances among intra-city freight enterprises is of great significance in reducing operational costs and enhancing market competitiveness. According to the characteristics of the intra-city freight industry, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the income distribution of intra-city freight enterprise alliance and establishes a cooperative game model for intra-city freight enterprises. Then, considering the three influence factors of risk-taking, resource input and contribution, the order relation analysis method, and Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) method are adopted to assign combined weights to each indicator, and the Shapley value model is improved with combined weights to obtain a more reasonable income distribution method for the alliance. The effectiveness of the improved Shapley value method is demonstrated through case analysis, and feasible suggestions are proposed for the income distribution mechanism of intra-city freight enterprise alliance.
