Installation Accuracy Detection Method of Spherical Hinge Structure Based on 3D Point Cloud Registration
As a critical component of a swivel bridge, the installation accuracy of the spherical hinge structure is an essential support for the swivel procedure. This paper based on indoor spherical hinge structure, combined with 3D laser scanning technology, the installation and checking process is studied through self-developed algorithm, laboratory test, and numerical analysis. The results show the point cloud data processing efficiency is the highest when the sampling ratio of the spherical hinge structure is 50%. Geomagic Control X software analyzed point cloud data and found that 80% of the sliders showed significant deviations. Through the loading test and the analysis of the stress nephogram combined with the value of the ideal sliding block, the deviation is verified to be consistent. Based on the above analysis, MATLAB software is used to develop a program suitable for spherical hinge slider installation accuracy detection, which provides technical support for practical engineering applications.
