Study on Operation Monitoring and Evaluation Management in Highway Projects
In response to the issues of extensive and inefficient program management on production and monitoring in highway construction projects, this paper has studied the management process and model based on the large-scale projects such as the WUYU Highway Project in Xinjiang. Quantitative evaluation indicators are proposed for risk factors such as progress, cost, and compliance. The deviation threshold between budget value and execution value is used as the monitoring and warning standard, and indicator system and monitoring model are proposed for program operation evaluation. The status of program operation can be evaluated, based on the decentralized fitting of key indicators and comprehensive evaluation index items from the evaluation model. A circle of operational status evaluation, risk warning, and corrective control measures on program monitoring will be realized, improving the quality and efficiency of program management effectively.
