Three-Dimensional Modeling of Super-High Pier Column of Bridge Engineering Based on Laser Scanning Technology

An improved process technology was proposed to solve the problems of deformation of the operation platform, non-parallelism with the guide rail or difficulty in climbing during the rise of the climbing frame, and deformation of the formwork setback device in the traditional hydraulic climbing mold construction process of the super-high pier. Three-dimensional scanning technology was used to obtain the three-dimensional coordinates of the structure and the climbing platform. The standard coordinates of the structure and the construction template were determined according to the design drawings and the construction plan. Parameters such as the angle of the normal vector and the curvature difference of each point were introduced as the predetermined standards, and the region growth algorithm was improved to obtain an algorithm applicable to the segmentation of the pier and column point cloud. In the actual pier column feature point selection, the Revit software was used for the three-dimensional modeling, plane segmentation of the model, the establishment of the three-dimensional cartesian coordinate system, and the extraction of the corresponding design features. This study provided corresponding theoretical support for the construction control of super-high piers.
