Model Development of Personnel Scheduling among Subway Stations: Considering Resistance and Recovery Capabilities
Urban rail transit has increasingly become the favored mode of transportation for city residents due to its characteristics of speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. However, the growing demand for travel has led to frequent occurrences of large passenger flow events in recent years, severely impacting the operation of rail transit systems and causing direct losses. When a high passenger flow event occurs, the number of commuters at subway stations surges, leading to a shortage of station staff and strained operational capacity. Based on this, the article analyzes different stages post-disaster and evaluates the resilience of urban rail transit stations. Furthermore, the evaluation results provide a basis for personnel scheduling at subway stations.
