SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE SADON VARIETY REACTION ON MICROPROPAGATION CONDITIONS

For the first time, the reaction of the culture of single-node cuttings of the Sadon variety to the conditions of replication on artificial nutrient media in vitro was assessed. The ineffectiveness of previously successfully used approaches to increasing the efficiency of micropropagation in relation to this variety is shown.
