PHYSICO-CHEMICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF THE MONGUN-TAIGINSKY DISTRICT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TYVA

The article presents the physico-chemical and microbiological parameters of the lamb's tail. The samples were taken from the Mongun-Taiga district of the Republic of Tyva. The analyses were carried out in the GBU "Tuvan Veterinary Laboratory". Physico-chemical methods included such studies as: starch test with Lugol solution (GOST 10574-2016), pH determination (GOST R 51478-99), hydrogen sulfide test (GOST R 55479-2013), Eber ammonia test (GOST R 55479-2013).
