EFFECTIVENESS OF PHARMACOCORRECTION IN THE BACKGROUND OF GASTROENTERITIS IN COWS

A comparative assessment of various pharmacocorrection schemes against the background of gastroenteritis in cows was carried out, followed by an analysis of the clinical status, hematological profile, and scatological examination data. The object of the research were cows that had disturbances in the gastrointestinal tract, with signs of gastroenteritis. The results of the study showed that the use of the probiotic drug "Vitaflor", against the background of the main measures of drug treatment of gastroenteritis, eliminates the main signs of the disease on the 7th day in the experimental group of animals, while in the control group, this pathology is completely relieved on the 14th day pharmacocorrections. The hematological profile in animals of both groups reached the level of the physiological norm by the 14th day, at the same time, a more intense development was recorded in the experimental group of animals. Signs of gastroenteritis, in terms of scatological indicators, gradually disappeared by the 7th day of pharmacocorrection in the experimental group of animals, on the 14th day in the control group, which confirms the better therapeutic effectiveness of the probiotic drug “Vitaflor” against the background of generally accepted therapy for the disease.
