EVALUATION OF THE USE OF VARIOUS BROILER’S CROSSES

The main link in the chain of tasks to increase poultry production is the use of competitive crosses of broiler chickens. The technology for raising broiler chickens of various crosses is constantly evolving. Today crosses are being developed and continue to be improved. Taking into account new technologies, the goal of our research was to study the effectiveness of raising broiler chickens of various crosses. During the scientific experiment, the dynamics of the live weight of experimental broilers, the safety of the livestock were analyzed, and the cost of feed for the increase in live weight was calculated. It has been established that broiler chickens of the KOBB-500 and ROSS-308 crosses are quite competitive, and nevertheless, the ROSS-308 cross was more effective both in live weight and in terms of feed costs for live weight gain.
