ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF USING SERVICEBERIES IN THE PRODUCTION OF PASTILE PRODUCTS
The paper presents the economic efficiency of using regional berry raw materials in the production of sugary confectionery products, using the example of the common serviceberry (Amelanchier Medik). The chemical composition and growth area are considered. A comparative calculation of the cost and profitability of the production of pastille products based on puree from serviceberry berries is presented.
