THEORETICAL AND LEGAL STUDY OF THE PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE INSTITUTE OF THE STATE IN THE PROCESS OF ENSURING LAW ORDER AND NATIONAL SECURITY
The article analyzes the results of a survey conducted in the Ministry of Digital Development of the State Administration of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.Factors that influence labor efficiency have been identified and studied.Proposals have been formulated to improve the labor efficiency of civil servants.
