Digital Construction of Fresh Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Service System Based on BPR

This paper starts with the cold chain logistics service system in the cold chain logistics system of fresh agricultural products, mainly including the digital system construction of cold chain warehouse management, cold chain logistics and cold chain distribution, and analyzes the premise of all digital systems – the importance of business process optimization, taking the cold storage storage process as an example. This paper summarizes the system architecture, business blueprint and main system functions of the digital system, and puts forward the research and practice direction for the future application of the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence to realize the intelligent system.
