Research on night stress management and sleep staging based on PPG signal of smartwatch

This paper aims to explore the relationship between nighttime stress management and sleep staging based on photoelectric volume pulse wave (PPG) technology, and to analyze its application potential in improving individual sleep quality and mental health. By comprehensively analyzing the changes of PPG signal during sleep and combining with modern sleep science theories, this paper proposes a night stress assessment and sleep optimization strategy based on PPG, with a view to providing a new perspective and tool for clinical sleep treatment and daily health management. Our poor sleep quality may be due to the tension in our body. Similarly, if we don't sleep well, then we also feel more stressed. We have to start looking for some ways to deal with the stress in our lives, but even worse, we can improve the quality of our sleep.
