Optimisation research and analysis of joint therapy based on the fundamentals of bioinformatics and the context of intelligent computing
In bioinformatics, BLAST (English: Basic Local Alignment Search Too) it is a pipeline method used to compare the primary structure of biological sequences (e.g., the amino acid columns of different proteins or the DNA columns of different genes). A database of known Ruonan sequences is known, and BLAST allows a researcher to search for sequences that are identical or similar to the sequences they are interested in. For example, if a previously unknown gene is discovered in a non-human animal, researchers typically do a BLAST search in the human genome to confirm whether humans contain a similar gene (through sequence similarity). Based on the background of bioinformatics, this paper investigates the integration of arthritis treatment and bioinformatics, which opens up new ideas and new methodological breakthroughs for the treatment of arthritis.
