Prevalence and Severity of Corneal Guttata After Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty
The prevalence of CG in our study population was notably lower than previously described and was mainly characterized by mild, low-grade findings without clinical significance and were stable during the follow-up. Preoperative overlook of CG in the tissue bank cannot be completely excluded, but the remarkable proportion of intraoperative complications in this group may have led to the occurrence of these CG.
