Research on Airborne Gamma-ray Spectrometry Survey with Combined Detectors of NaI (Tl) and CeBr3
Abstract Airborne gamma-ray spectrometry plays an important role in various fields. The airborne gamma-ray spectrometry system with combined detectors of NaI(Tl) scintillator and CeBr 3 scintillator shows dual advantages of large volume with high detection efficiency and better energy resolution. The fusion of spectra data from the two types of detectors achieves high signal-to-noise ratio detection of characteristic peaks, improving the accuracy of nuclide content measurement. The effect has been verified through preliminary testing.
