ETHNOPEDAGOGICAL AND CULTUROLOGICAL ASPECTS OF TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE TO STUDENTS OF THE ASIA-PACIFIC REGION

The intensifying global recession and the correction of the existing concepts of traditional approaches to managing the micro, meso and macro levels present new steps and iterations in business processes in the post-COVID recovery of the world economy on the part of the recovering globalization of states that have lost their sovereignty. These trends arise at the junction of falling living standards and a growing shortage of resources, which multiplicatively leads to the launch of the law of large numbers and a systemic failure of the world economy itself and in the relations of the economic entities themselves among themselves. This is especially evident in the information society of the behavioral economy of constant definitions of supply and demand, shifted in space and in the realities of the calculations of producers and buyers.
