INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL THINKING OF MANAGERS AND SPECIALISTS

This article reveals the problems of training specialists and managers of various levels who possess technological thinking and are able to work in the conditions of emerging technological sovereignty. It is proposed to carry out training and retraining of personnel using the innovative technology "Skillant". The main advantages of this technology, features of the implementation algorithm are considered, the experience of its application in the system of additional professional education of the Ural State Mining University is briefly described.
