FORMATION OF CLUSTER THEORY TO SMOOTH REGIONAL DIFFERENTIATION OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the consideration of the issue of significant changes in socio-economic development, which led to pronounced inequality, both in society and in the sphere of economic production, and this contributed to the emergence of conflicts on the basis of these disproportions. Cluster theory is currently an integral part of the study of regional economics, so we have proposed a universal theoretical model of a cluster and substantiated the use of general scientific methods of analysis.
