The concept of the structuraland systemicre presentation of value sinsolving the tasks of forming the strategy of economic securityof the Russian Federation

The objective of the article is to define the formation of an environmentally-oriented socially responsible approach to the design of complex intelligent technical systems to solve the problem of ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation,which cannot be solved through the use of prevailing engineering-centric methods. In the article, to take into account the potential strengths of existing fundamental values, it is proposed to apply a scientific world view paradigm that allows them to be integrated in to the practice of designing complex intelligent systems based on some common foundation, considered from the stand point of the theoretical construction of technetics
