Open Data Processing for Analysis of Behavior of Users in Digital Environment

Application of modern information technologies in humanitarian research is currently a trend in IT field for interdisciplinary projects. This paper presents a study of subject's behavior in a digital environment using information technologies for text analysis, in particular latent semantic analysis by text indexing with further content analysis and sentiment analysis using neural network model. The results obtained are integrated into the developing psychological model of the subject's behavior in real and virtual environment and allow to identify predictors of behavioral aspects associated with expressing the author's opinion on various issues. The study revealed the semantic lexicon of constructive and destructive texts in digital environment and their relation to sentiment classification.
