A Study of Multidimensional Access Rights for Classifying and Hierarchising Distribution Network Data

Under the background of new energy power system, the distribution grid is connected to a large number of node devices, which greatly expands the scale of data generation and interaction in the distribution grid, and at the same time makes the boundary of security protection blurred, exposing the insufficiency of security assessment and risk prevention level. Firstly, in order to improve the efficiency of distribution network data management, the mechanism of data interchange and transfer between the information side and the physical side of the distribution network is studied, and the data of the distribution network is divided into three categories, namely, measurement data, customer data, and open interactive data, and its attribute characteristics are sorted out and analyzed. Second, in order to clarify the degree of importance of distribution network data, the hierarchical analysis method is introduced to establish an assessment system from the four indicators of the data’s scope of impact, level of impact, vulnerability, and value of the data, to grade the data and apply it to the actual examples to obtain the example grading list. Finally, based on the data sorting results and the hierarchical model, a multi-granularity RBAC privilege assignment model is designed to provide ideas for multi-dimensional access control of distribution network data.
