Simulation Analysis of Temperature Rise Characteristics for Structural Parameters of Triple-opening Busbar applied to Large-Capacity GIS
In order to realise the practical application of threeopening busbar in large-capacity GIS, it is necessary to fully grasp the temperature rise response characteristics of the specific structural parameters of the three-opening busbar, so as to guide the product design. In this paper, the method of numerical simulation calculations, through a simplified calculation model to study the angle of rotation (opening direction), gap degree, conductor wall thickness on the temperature rise response characteristics of large-capacity SGIS internal, the results show that: with the increase of the angle of rotation, the system’s maximum steady-state temperature rise value successively decreases, when $\gamma=0^{\circ}$ has a better temperature rise performance; with the increase of the opening degree, the system’s maximum steady state temperature rise value is first rapidly reduced and then increased, when $\beta$ in the 10° to 20° has better temperature rise performance; with the increase in conductor wall thickness, the maximum steady-state temperature rise value of the system first decrease tends to flatten out, and then a slight rise, taking into account the performance of the temperature rise and manufacturing costs, the recommended conductor wall thickness is greater than 1.6 times the depth of metal penetration. Targeted design in accordance with the laws studied in this paper can significantly improve the internal temperature rise performance of GIS, which can provide guidance for the application of threeopening busbar in large-capacity GIS.
