Development of Tailor-Made Task Selection Algorithm to Maintain Motivation in iWakka Healthcare System
Motivating users within the previously developed iWakka healthcare system presents a significant challenge, particularly in sustaining engagement over time. In response to this issue, we propose a tailored task selection algorithm aimed at optimizing user motivation. Leveraging data on user adjustability for grasping force collected in a previous study, the algorithm dynamically adjusts task difficulty levels to suit individual capabilities. By incorporating diverse task types and adjusting difficulty levels, it aims to maintain user engagement. This personalized approach is expected to promote user adherence and effectiveness in rehabilitation efforts within the iWakka system.
