Analysis and Simulation Inversion of Faults in Line Protection Reboot at a Certain Converter Station
This paper addresses a fault event in a certain HVDC converter station where the protective action of a single restart was successful. By examining the pre-fault operating conditions and the protective action scenario, the HVDC control protection logic corresponding to this fault is thoroughly analyzed. Furthermore, the protective action and control system adjustments during the fault event are analyzed through waveform analysis. Finally, using the ADPSS real-time HVDC control simulation platform, simulations are conducted to further analyze and extend the fault scenario. The simulation results ultimately validate the correctness of the protective actions and control system adjustments during the HVDC line fault.
