Research and Application of Multi-link Synergistic Evaluation Method for Power System Infrastructure Projects
After the change in investment statistics, the fixed asset investment statistics of power grid enterprises have been changed from the original image progress method to the financial expenditure method, which has brought new challenges to the synergistic management of various professions. Based on the background of the above reform, this paper discusses the multilink synergistic management of power system infrastructure projects in the statistical work of fixed asset investment in the power grid. Starting from development, infrastructure, materials, finance, and other multi-disciplines, it establishes inter-professional synergistic management assessment indexes and formulates a multi-discipline horizontal evaluation system. Based on the evaluation model of the AHP (i.e., analytic hierarchy process, hereinafter referred to as AHP)-entropy weight-TOPSIS (i.e., technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution, hereinafter referred to as TOPSIS) algorithm, the management level of each profession is ranked in a preferential order to locate the weak points of each profession’s development, optimize the division of professional responsibilities, and safeguard the synergistic work of each profession.
