Research on Patent Analysis of New Energy Battery Electric Vehicle
New energy battery electric vehicles have attracted a lot of attention in recent years, and in the context of the global implementation of sustainable development and energy saving and emission reduction, new energy battery electric vehicles are the trend of the world and the people. The main content of this paper is to analysis the patent situation of new energy battery electric vehicles in the world and China, and the main method is to use Incopat patent database to analysis the new energy battery electric vehicles in terms of geographic ranking, patent disclosure trend, subject clustering, applicant type and ranking. From the results of the analysis, we can see that: new energy battery electric vehicles have a broader market and more research in China. In the subject matter clustering of PCT applications, the largest number of clusters are power exchange systems and charging systems, reflecting that they are the focus and hotspot of patent inventions in the field of new energy battery electric vehicles, and China continues to lead in the number of applications filed in power exchange systems and charging systems, further reflecting its leading position in the new energy battery electric vehicle sector. In addition, in the category of patent applicants, more than 75% of the applicants are enterprises, followed by schools, and scientific research institutions and organizations occupy a small portion, so enterprises are the pioneering force and the main force in the future development of new energy battery electric vehicles. Therefore, in the future, China should continue to pay attention to the development of outstanding enterprises in the field of new energy battery electric vehicles, and introduce relevant policies to support the development of their scientific and technological innovation, and shine in the key areas. At the same time, all sectors of society should improve their knowledge and understanding of new energy battery electric vehicles, correctly understand their advantages and disadvantages, and actively provide feedback and suggestions to help the prosperous development of new energy battery electric vehicles.
