Research on Cost Control Threshold for Distribution Network Engineering Based on Modal Interval Analysis
This manuscript introduces a novel approach to determining the cost control thresholds for distribution network engineering projects through modal interval analysis. The methodology commences by constructing an integrated cost decomposition control model, which systematically breaks down the cost control indices into discrete modules. Subsequently, interval-based calculations are performed to ascertain the control thresholds for each module, with the aim of identifying the optimal design module via an objective function that minimizes the cost of potential losses. The paper further incorporates modal interval analysis to amalgamate the thresholds across all modules, thereby effectively mitigating the risk of overestimation. Through numerical experimentation, the proposed method has been validated to offer a more refined yet sufficiently precise estimation range for the engineering cost. This research contributes a robust framework that can provide a reliable basis for accurate cost control of the whole process of distribution network engineering projects.
