Residual life prediction of submarine cable based on health index and GM(1,1)
With the rapid development of Marine energy and communication technology, the submarine cable is an important link between the offshore platform and the land, and the accurate prediction of its health state and remaining life has become the key to ensure the safe operation of offshore engineering. Therefore, on the basis of the current submarine cable operation status assessment technology, this paper proposes a comprehensive submarine cable life prediction method by integrating the equipment health index theory and GM(1,1) gray prediction model. A three-core submarine cable HYJQF41 on an offshore oil and gas platform is used as an experimental object to verify the reliability and accuracy of the model. This method provides important decision support for the long-term operation of submarine cables, enricfies the theoretical system of submarine cable life prediction, provides technical support for the safe operation and sustainable development of Marine engineering, and contributes to the further development and utilization of Marine resources.
