Research on an Anti direct current Transformer Detection Device
With the diversification of electrical equipment, more and more DC (direct current) components are added to AC (alternating current) metering circuits, resulting in traditional AC transformers being unable to correctly capture DC signals and causing inaccurate electricity metering. To solve this problem, an anti DC transformer was designed, and a detection device was developed in this paper to meet the calibration requirements of anti DC transformers. The device consists of an anti DC transformer calibrator, a digital synthesized wave AC/DC high current source, an AC/DC current ratio standard, a calibration platform, a programmable load box, and corresponding calibration software. Compared to traditional transformer calibration devices, this article has added calibration functions for power frequency ratio errors with DC components, ratio errors under sinusoidal half wave currents, phase errors, as well as ratio errors and phase errors of harmonic currents in the design. Practical application has shown that the device is stable and reliable, with fast verification speed, wide testing range, and accurate testing data.
