Research on the Evaluation Method of Green Electricity Consumption Potential for Distributed Aggregators

In the context of the new power system, it is of profound significance to clarify the resources aggregated by distributed resource aggregators and conduct predictive analysis through the assessment of green power consumption potential. However, with the rapid development of new energy, the problem of wind and solar power curtailment has become prominent, becoming a bottleneck hindering the sustainable development of new energy. Based on this, this article proposes a green power consumption potential evaluation method that is applicable to most distributed aggregators, conducts response regulation modeling, and uses typical distributed resource aggregators as examples for calculation. The practicality of this green power consumption potential evaluation method is verified through numerical examples.
