Energy Harvesting Node Assisted Secure Communication System

In this paper, we study the problem of secure communication between a source S and a target D in the face of an eavesdropping node with the help of multiple energy harvesting (EH) nodes. The energy harvesting relay transmission (EHRT) and energy harvesting jammer transmission (EHJT) schemes are proposed, and their outage and interception probabilities are derived. Simulation results show that the EJT scheme outperforms the ERT scheme in overall performance.

Abstract

In this paper, we study the problem of secure communication between a source S and a target D in the face of an eavesdropping node with the help of multiple energy harvesting (EH) nodes. The energy harvesting relay transmission (EHRT) and energy harvesting jammer transmission (EHJT) schemes are proposed, and their outage and interception probabilities are derived. Simulation results show that the EJT scheme outperforms the ERT scheme in overall performance.
