Intelligent decision Support Systems (IDSS)& Lowcarbon technology for water pollution control

This study explores the innovative application of lowcarbon technologies in water pollution control, with a focus on enhancing energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions. By integrating Intelligent Decision Support Systems (IDSS), real-time monitoring, predictive modeling, and optimization algorithms, this research demonstrates how water treatment processes can be optimized to reduce both energy consumption and environmental impact. The paper highlights key low-carbon technologies such as biofilm processes, membrane separation, and wet electrostatic fields, analyzing their effectiveness in improving water quality and minimizing energy use. IDSS provides a smart management approach by integrating multi-source data to dynamically adjust system parameters, achieving efficient low-carbon water pollution control. The study emphasizes the importance of technological research, policy support, and cross-sector collaboration in promoting the widespread adoption of low-carbon technologies for sustainable environmental management.
