Research on Identification of Key Influencing Factors of Transmission and Transformation Project Cost Based on DEMATEL-CRITIC Weighting Method
With the continuous growth of electricity demand and the increasing investment in power grid projects, the refined and precise management of transmission and transformation project costs has become an important task for power grid companies. This paper aims to systematically identify and quantitatively analyze the key influencing factors at multiple levels, including policy, management, and technology, of transmission and transformation project costs by introducing a combined method of DEMATEL and CRITIC weighting method. It effectively identifies factors that have a significant impact on costs and proposes corresponding countermeasures. This research provides new ideas for the lean management of transmission and transformation project costs.
