Photovoltaic Solar Sustainability in India: Data Modeling and Time Series Analysis for Enhanced Efficiency
Solar energy, obtained from sunlight, is a renewable resource vital for sustainable development, offering clean, abundant power while minimizing environmental impact. Solar energy, captured through photovoltaic photovoltaic solar panels, provides a renewable and environmentally friendly solution for generating electricity from sunlight. The research enhances solar energy sustainability by identifying factors influencing solar panel quantity, assessing the impact of inverters, creating machine-learning model to predict solar efficiency and to perform time series analysis on solar panel installations. The research goes through various phases like data preparation, exploratory analysis, and the development of predictive models, using real-time data. Moreover, the utilization of ARIMA, SARIMA, and ETS models in time series analysis shows seasonal patterns and enables accurate forecasts of total installed capacity. This research work contributes to refining solar energy systems, strategic decision-making, and informed planning within the renewable energy sector.
