Research on the Monitoring System for the Execution Process of Power Supply and Power Grid Collaborative Project Clusters

Under the strategic goal of building a new electricity system, the Chinese government has set higher requirements for power supply projects dominated by new energy and their supporting transmission projects: it is necessary to strengthen the overall planning and coordination of power grids and power supplies, and to connect the construction progress of source and grid projects to ensure the coordinated development of power supply and power grid. This study, based on the current situation of control of power supply projects and their supporting power grid projects, constructs a control and monitoring indicators system for source-grid collaborative project clusters from 3 phases: planning, approval, and construction. Based on the characteristics of each index, the calculation method, and the threshold values of the indicators, the warning rules for abnormal project clusters are clarified, and a statistical supervision model for the project clusters is constructed. By applying this model to identify problematic project clusters, it helps enterprises to enhance their collaborative control capabilities in the execution process, to reduce risks and ensure that the implementation of resource allocation plans conforms to the strategic goals of the building the new electricity system.
