Pulmonary Flow Modulation With Diabolo Stent Technique Over the Subpulmonary Outflow Tract

The diabolo stent technique enables the controlled dilation of stenosis, improving blood flow while avoiding hyperflow. In our case, it was successfully applied to a young girl with a single-ventricle heart. This approach offers a valuable alternative to surgical treatment.
