FEATURES OF THE DYNAMICS OF PTSD IN ADOLESCENTS AGED 15-17 YEARS. THE INCREASE OF A RISK TOLERANCE AS A PROBABLE CONSEQUENCE OF VALUE CRISIS IN PTSD TEENAGERS

The original Python program developed by AV Blokhin is described, which implements the methodology proposed by GN Khubaev for comparative quantitative assessment and stimulation of creative and professional (educational) activity of students throughout the entire period of study. The methodology and the Python program allow you to *quantify the creative potential of each student, *quickly identify talented students and *prepare the student for work in a competitive market environment; *provide publicly available information about the achievements of each student throughout the entire period of study. It is shown that the developed software tools can be used to compare the results of a quantitative assessment of the creative potential, educational and creative activity of students of the same specialties in different universities.
