Algorithm realization of automatic navigation handling robot

Abstract In traditional processing workshops, handling materials often needs to be completed manually, which is inefficient, greatly increases labor costs, and may even pose safety hazards. In order to solve these problems, automatic navigation handling robots have been introduced in the processing workshop. This paper designs an algorithm to automatically navigate and grab materials based on an automatic navigation handling robot. Among them, the construction and positioning of the map are realized using the Gmapping algorithm. The navigation is realized using the two-dimensional navigation function package that comes with the robot operating system, and the secondary positioning of the automatic navigation robot is realized according to the actual situation combined with the two-dimensional code. Simulation results show that the automatic navigation handling robot algorithm designed in this paper has good stability and can achieve accurate positioning and material grabbing.
