THE MOTIVATIONAL APPROACH TO STUDYING THE SYSTEM OF PERSONAL ATTITUDES TO CREATIVITY
he article describes a theoretical study, whose new results include the following: 1) the ratio of different approaches (personal, creative, motivational) in studying the problem of the individual’s motivational attitude to creativity determined the timeliness of integrating the theory of external relations “system - environment”, which cannot be reduced to a set of individual parts (qualitative, synthetic concepts of V. N. Myasishchev, A. S. Makarenko) and the theory of internal relations “element - system” (quantitative, analytical concepts of A. G. Zdravomyslov, S. L. Rubinstein, D. N. Uznadze), which makes it possible to systematise knowledge about the composition, structure and dynamics of the individual’s motivational structure that are significant in the practice of creative activity; 2) the content of the motivational structure of the individual’s internal connection with creativity is specified, revealing the unity of needs, interests, values in an integral system; their relationship is conditioned by the creative environment, and the dynamics of interaction is predetermined by the activity of the subject of creativity.
