THE PERCEPTION OF AN OFFICER AS A SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPONENT OF THE IMAGE OF A SERVICEMAN OF THE RUSSIAN GUARD
The article presents the results of a study on socio-psychological indicators of the image of an officer of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The features of the perception of officers through the eyes of personnel, self-perception of military personnel, as well as the image of an officer in the minds of the civilian population are analysed. Practical recommendations are formulated to improve the image of an officer in the eyes of the public.
