THE INFLUENCE OF STIMULATED MOTOR ACTIVITY ON THE INDICATORS OF PHYSICAL AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS OF FEMALE TEACHERS OF THE SECOND MATURE AGE

Based on theoretical analysis and data from their own research, the authors revealed a tendency to change the physical, functional and psycho-emotional indicators of female teachers of the second mature age. The mutual influence of parameters that change in women of this age was empirically confirmed: emotional stress, depression, intellectual overload, decreased physical and functional conditions. In this regard, there is an urgent need to create conditions that ensure the possibility of a comfortable and favourable environment for professional activity. It is physical culture that contains in its arsenal not only means and methods leading to the containment of involutional changes in a woman’s body, but also offers various forms of organisation of classes that contribute to the preservation of physical and mental performance, solving problems of professional deformation. The authors came to the conclusion that the combination of modern types of health training and streaming technologies helps to most effectively create favourable conditions for extending the professional longevity of female teachers.
